The small dent on the upper rim of the vase is not only a visual eye-catcher, it also ensures that the flowers stay straight on their own and functions as a handle to transport the vase. Design by Studio Kaksikko The design studio Kaksikko is based in Helsinki. It was founded by Salla Luhtasela and Wesley Walters. The two met during their studies at the Aalto University School of Arts, where they both studied design and architecture. Functional and restrained forms that impress with their practical properties are at the forefront of Kaksikko's designs. The studio specialises in ceramic tableware and wooden furniture. Material and Format Depending on the choice, the vase is made of terracotta or stoneware. Both variants are glazed on the inside and raw on the outside. Note: Please clean the vase only with water and by hand to avoid damage to the surface. The vase is not dishwasher safe.
