This wall-mounting suggestion box measures 12 inches wide by 13 inches high by 4.5 inches deep. The black acrylic container is meant for collection tickets, business cards or entry forms through the 4.5 inch wide slot. The hinged lid is equipped with a lock to keep ballots safe once they are submitted. The wall-mounting suggestion box also includes an 8.5 by 11 inch sign holder for displaying instructions or advertisements at the front of the container. On the side is a 4.125 inch wide pocket for storing ballots, suggestion pads or entry forms. All mounting hardware is included.
